What You’ll Do
- Commercial Finance Partnership: Partner with US and international commercial teams to provide financial insights that drive sales growth and margin improvement.
- Trade Spend Optimization: Analyze and manage trade investments, ensuring promotional activity delivers strong ROI and supports long-term customer relationships.
- S&OP Leadership: Own the Sales & Operations Planning process, integrating sales forecasts with supply chain and finance to improve accuracy and execution.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the $100MM+ US business.
- Decision Support: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, enabling data-driven decision making in pricing, customer profitability, and resource allocation.
- Executive Reporting: Develop and deliver clear presentations for global senior executives, translating complex data into impactful business narratives.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in finance roles with a focus on sales, trade, or commercial finance.
- Background in consumer packages goods or vertically integrated food/beverage manufacturing businesses with branded retail products.
- Strong business partnering mindset and comfort working across functions and geographies.
- Proven ability to turn data into strategy and influence decision-making.
- Experience leading or enhancing S&OP processes and trade spend management required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
