Key Responsibilities

Lead HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop a diverse, high-performing workforce.

Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and employees at all levels.

Oversee the full scope of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Build and implement people-focused programs that enhance engagement, development, and organizational strength.

Drive performance and development planning in collaboration with managers.

Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, including wage, benefits, and safety regulations.

Champion HR communications and maintain effective systems for HR data and reporting.

Conduct investigations and provide coaching on policy and legal compliance.
Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at a senior level.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HRCI or SHRM certification required.

Broad knowledge of HR functions, including California labor law.

Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP).
