A private equity backed wholesale business in the East Bay area experienced transformative growth over the last year, nearly doubling revenue, and geographic reach due to multiple acquisitions in California and Arizona. The business sought a strategic Chief Financial Officer to integrate these newly acquired businesses, enhance the capabilities of their finance team, build scalable processes, improve internal controls, upgrade systems, & streamline reporting.
