Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle vendor, distributor, and customer setup, new item forms, compliance documentation, and SKU data entry.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for major retail accounts.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance process efficiency.
- Support senior sales leaders with operational tasks and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail, positioning for future advancement within the company.
- Contribute to the company’s entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture by solving cross-functional challenges and asking tough questions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Beverage alcohol industry experience is a plus but not required.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in sales support, operations, or retail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- The successful candidate should show evidence of organizing and managing in situations where details matter and time constraints apply.
