3P Partners has been the leading search partner within CPG, agribusiness, and logistics since 2013.
3P Partners was founded in 2013 in Visalia, an agricultural hub in the Central Valley, California. In 2016, we moved our headquarters to Davis developed strong ties with UC Davis, a leading agricultural university.
Since then, the 3P Partners has more than tripled in size and expanded internationally with an office in Sydney, Australia.
In 2025, we relocated our U.S. headquarters to Woodland, California to be even closer to our clients and talent base. This move supports our ongoing growth and reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional executive search services to the global food and agribusiness industry.
We specialize in placing executive and senior technical professionals into our global clients, which include Fortune 500 Food & Beverage CPG companies, privately-held food ingredients manufacturers, multi-generational farming operations, and 3PL providers.
