Job Title: Systems Transformation Lead
Location: Onsite, Northern California
Role Overview:
As the Systems Transformation Lead, you will drive the implementation and optimization of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, and Order Management processes. This critical role is instrumental in streamlining operations and fostering business growth within a large, vertically integrated company. By leveraging cutting-edge Oracle technologies, you will lead initiatives to standardize processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Manufacturing (Discrete and Process), Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, and Global Order Promising.
- Manage requirements gathering, gap analyses, solution design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless integration across Oracle Cloud applications.
- Provide expertise in specific functionalities such as Work Definitions, Batch Work Orders, Cost Accounting, Traceability, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable.
Process Transformation & Optimization:
- Analyze current manufacturing and supply chain processes to design and implement future-state solutions.
- Optimize end-to-end workflows to ensure alignment with supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and order management operations.
- Drive standardization, operational transformation, and process improvements tailored to large-scale manufacturing environments.
Supply Chain Planning (S&OP):
- Oversee the integration of Oracle SCM Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Planning, to align supply and demand while addressing supply chain constraints.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional workstream teams, ensuring clarity of objectives, on-time delivery, and adherence to governance frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, IT, and executive leadership to drive cohesive and efficient process integration.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years working with Oracle SCM Cloud. Experience with Oracle Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Planning modules is highly preferred.
- Background in process manufacturing or complex supply chain environments, with experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation projects in global or multi-site organizations.
- Expertise in process engineering, cost accounting, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and supply-demand balancing in high-volume operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders, including end users, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership.
