The Challenge

A private equity-backed irrigation business required a Controller to tighten controls, improve budgeting and forecasting, build a rigorous costing model, and optimize their ERP system to support data-driven decision-making.

This search was challenging due to the need for a candidate with strengths in technical accounting, proficiency in financial reporting, and experience with ERP implementations. Additionally, the candidate needed to have strong leadership abilities to manage a lean team, build budgets, and optimize processes, while also being able to navigate the complexities of a private equity-backed company.
