A large-scale, cage-free egg production facility sought a dependable Pullet Manager to provide pre-op and safety inspections to promote the well-being of their layer hens and advance their environmentally and economically sustainable business practices.

3P Partners conducted a search and successfully placed a local candidate with both live production and egg industry experience. This candidate also had experience in lean manufacturing and maintaining operating environments that complied with Cal/OSHA, EEOC, EPA, and DOL. The candidate will be relocating with his family and is excited for the new position.
