A highly profitable, private equity-backed beverage business in the California East Bay area required a Business Development Director to partner with the CEO and CFO to build the 5-year strategic plan and prepare the company for the next stage of growth.
The challenge was to find a strategic business partner for the CEO who could drive new customer acquisition and perform joint business planning for large retail customers while enhancing overall efficiency across the business.
