Partner with a talented CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape and execute the long-term growth strategy for a mid-sized food manufacturer.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you'll lead financial strategy, build a high-performing finance and accounting team, and implement PowerBI to drive data-informed decision making.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Build, coach, and retain a growing finance and accounting team

Deploy PowerBI to enhance visibility and performance across the business

Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth, business development, and M&A

Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and internal controls

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and stakeholder relationships

Advise the CEO and Board with clear financial insights
Qualifications:

Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing; agribusiness or CPG preferred

Experience in a family-owned business environment

Proficiency in ERP and reporting systems; Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI preferred

Demonstrated success in financial strategy, systems transformation, and business development

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Experience with risk management tools is a plus
Compensation Range: $300-400K base salary + bonus + great benefits
