Job Summary: Support the CFO by leading all accounting and finance functions for a consolidated group of companies. Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax filings, treasury, and ERP operations while driving strategic process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial statement preparation, general ledger close, and cost allocations.
- Manage annual bank audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
- Drive improvements in financial and accounting systems, including an ERP integration.
- Supervise treasury, capital asset management, intercompany transactions, and inventory processes.
- Collaborate with executive management and operations to enhance financial performance and support potential acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification required.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance with strong GAAP knowledge.
- ERP integration experience is a bonus.
- A proactive approach to learning and mastering business operations.
Compensation range: $220-240K base salary + benefits
