Job Overview:
Lead the expansion of a global bakery ingredients business in North America. Drive revenue, acquire new clients, and build tailored solutions for Industrial, Foodservice, and ISB sectors. Report to the Group Director in Europe and thrive in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive US sales growth with a focus on profitability and innovative customer solutions.
  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and secure new ventures with deep bakery ingredients product knowledge.
  • Lead strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Align with international key account strategies and product portfolio.
  • Manage annual budgeting and ensure profitable growth.
  • Enhance operations for better customer satisfaction.
  • Build, coach, and mentor cross-functional sales, R&D, customer service, supply chain, and finance teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition within the B2B bakery ingredients industry.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Commercially savvy, entrepreneurial, and customer focused.
  • An innovative thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical, with excellent communication and technical understanding.
