A 3rd generation family-owned and operated food manufacturer in California required a Chief Revenue Officer to build the sales and marketing function and build a GTM strategy for a diverse portfolio of branded and private label products.
The company is in the early stages of building its Sales, Marketing, and Brand function, with the CRO being the first hire in this area and responsible for establishing the entire department from scratch. Additionally, the candidate needed to have both strategic and hands-on experience in scaling a specialty food brand, as the company aims to significantly grow retail revenue. This person would also be responsible for building sales enablement and establishing metrics to evaluate performance.
