The Challenge
A Florida based, 4th generation family-owned business was seeking a transformational leader to establish its data strategy and business intelligence capabilities. Reporting to the CFO, the Director of BI & Business Transformation would be responsible for driving enterprise-wide data access, automating reporting systems, integrating Power BI with ERP systems, and leading long-term process improvement initiatives across agriculture, commercial property, and ranching divisions.
The business required a candidate with deep technical fluency and executive leadership experience, i.e. someone capable of building high-performing teams, executing enterprise-level transformations, and instilling a data-driven decision-making culture.
