The Challenge
A 75-year-old, family-owned CPG business in Pennsylvania required a Marketing Director to redesign the total portfolio GTM strategy and launch new products to capture new customers and increase market share.
The challenge was finding a candidate with experience navigating California labor compliance in a manufacturing environment. This person would be tasked with leading talent acquisition and retention initiatives, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and developing innovative approaches to enhancing team cohesion.

The candidate had 19 years of marketing experience in branded food manufacturing and agency marketing. In her previous role, she leveraged consumer insights and data analytics to overhaul the brand strategy, which increased incremental volume and market share across the total portfolio.
