3P Partners has been the leading search partner within CPG, agribusiness, and logistics since 2013.
3P Partners provides talent to more than 200 food & beverage companies in the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.
In 2013, Rachel Quinn founded 3P Partners in Visalia, an agricultural hub in the Central Valley, California. In 2016, the 3P headquarters moved to Davis, and developed strong ties with UC Davis, a leading agricultural university.
Since then, 3P Partners has more than tripled in size and expanded internationally with an office in Sydney, Australia. In 2025, we relocated our U.S. headquarters to Woodland, California to support our ongoing growth.
We specialize in placing executive and senior technical professionals into our global clients, which include Fortune 500 Food & Beverage CPG companies, privately-held food ingredients manufacturers, multi-generational farming operations, and 3PL providers.
