Financial Controller – US Division

Lead the accounting function for the US division of a $1B CPG company. This high-visibility role offers significant growth potential and involves working closely with a global process improvement team.
What will you be doing?
- Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and controls in alignment with the 2030 Strategy.
- Collaborate with US and international teams to drive process improvements and harmonize risk management.
- Mentor and develop the financial accounting team, ensuring high performance and career growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years in accounting within food & beverage CPG, manufacturing, or agriculture.
- Expertise in financial reporting for large, complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS audit experience.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Excel, with excellent analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent required.
