The Director of Customer Relations is an integral part of the leadership team as they are responsible for managing large fluid milk contracts to develop, negotiate, formalize and maintain supply agreements with customer companies.  Working closely with a range of stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional subject matter experts in Operations, Transportation, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Accounting, this person is responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction within the framework of government regulations.

Within a week’s turnaround, 3P Partners presented a local candidate with over 20 years of dairy industry experience managing cheese and fat pricing for large dairy customers.
