Three joint venture partners were searching for a General Manager to start up their greenfield cage-free egg business in the Central Valley, CA.

3P Partners were able to thoroughly map the US egg producing industry, provide a short list within 1 week and coordinate phone and onsite interviews with several key stakeholders by week 3.  The offer and acceptance process was managed in week 4 with the new General Manager relocating his family to California and starting in May, 2016.
