Client: Large International Agricultural Business
California based agribusiness with domestic and international entities sought a motivated and collaborative team leader to join a close-knit HR team as the Senior Director of Human Resources.
The challenge was finding an individual with a strong background in general HR practices, including employee relations, compensation, employment, safety and health, employee services, and training and development, but with a key focus and thorough knowledge of benefits and payroll.
