Family-owned commodity business based in the Central Valley, CA had spent 9 months searching for someone to lead business development and post-sales customer service activities for their tomato paste business unit.

3P Partners were able to identify a shortlist by week 2 and secure a final candidate by week 10.  She accepted the position and started two weeks later in Oct, 2016.
