Position: Vice President of Finance

Client: 400-employee family-owned food processor in Tracy, CA

The Challenge

A third-generation, family-owned food processor in Tracy, CA required a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic leadership as the business prepared for its next phase of growth.

The challenge was finding a candidate with experience implementing a business partnership model to improve planning and analysis as well as streamlining accounting controls and processes, developing an ERP transition plan, and bolstering the use of Power BI. This person would also coach and mentor a team.
