A well-known, vertically integrated produce company required a National Retail Sales Director to build customer and category strategies to expand distribution and increase profitability with existing retail customers while developing new business opportunities across the US.

The challenge was in identifying an individual who could leverage data and category insights to influence key customers and manage a diverse product portfolio with consideration for commodity price fluctuations and market volatility.
